New Issue: JPMorgan sells $20 million 11.5% autocallable yield notes on VanEck Vectors Oil Services ETF

Columbus, Ohio, April 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $20 million of 11.5% autocallable yield notes due April 25, 2022 linked to the VanEck Vectors Oil Services ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be paid quarterly.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par if the ETF closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the final one.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon unless the ETF finishes below its buffer level, 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
