New Issue: Scotia prices $15 million autocallable review notes on Advanced Micro, oil services ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 6 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $15 million of 0% autocallable review notes due Jan. 3, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the common shares of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and the VanEck Vectors Oil Services ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the closing level of each asset is greater than initial level on Jan. 13, 2022, the notes will be called at par plus 20.55%; if the closing level of each asset is greater than 60% of its initial level on Dec. 28, 2022, the notes will be called at par plus 41.1%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final price of the least-performing asset has declined from the initial price.

Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. is the underwriter with JPMorgan Securities LLC as placement agent.
