New Issue: UBS sells $5 million airbag autocallable yield notes on Oil Services ETF

Chicago, Aug. 21 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5 million of 13.7% airbag autocallable yield notes due Aug. 11, 2021 linked to the VanEck Vectors Oil Services ETF, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The notes will be called automatically at par if the ETF shares close at or above the initial share price on any monthly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final share price is less than the conversion price, 65% of the initial share price, in which case the payout will be a number of ETF shares equal to $1,000 divided by the conversion price.

The agents are UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank.
