India’s Future Enterprises to mull notes issue at Feb. 2 board meeting

Chicago, Jan. 27 – Future Enterprises Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it is considering the issue of non-convertible debentures.

The issue will be on the agenda of the company’s board of directors meeting set for Feb. 2, according to the notice.

Future also noted that the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities will remain closed from Jan. 28 through Feb. 4, because of the board meeting.

Future Enterprises, formerly Future Retail Ltd., is a multi-format retailer based in Mumbai, India.
