Aerojet Rocketdyne calls $35.55 million 4.0625% convertibles due 2039

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 19 – Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. will redeem its $35.55 million of outstanding 4.0625% convertible subordinated debentures due 2039, according to a press release.

The convertibles will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date of Feb. 3.

The cash purchase price will be $35,678,375.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the depository and paying agent.

Aerojet is a manufacturer of aerospace and defense systems based in Rancho Cordova, Calif.
