UBS changes settlement date of securities linked to gold miners ETF

Tacoma, Wash., April 18 – The settlement date for UBS AG, London Branch’s $250,000 of 0% return optimization securities due July 22, 2020 linked to the VanEck Vectors Gold Miners ETF will be April 22, according to an amended 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As previously reported, if the ETF finishes at or above the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus five times the gain, subject to a maximum return of 23.32%. Investors will share in any losses.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.

The notes (Cusip: 90287M536) priced April 17.
