New Issue: JPMorgan sells $917,000 autocallable contingent interest notes on VanEck Gold ETF

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $917,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due Feb. 16, 2023 linked to the VanEck Vectors Gold Miners ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon of 7.5% per annum if the ETF closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier level on the determination date for that period.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if the ETF closes at or above its initial share price on any monthly call observation date other than the first, second and final review dates.

If the notes have not been called and the ETF finishes at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the ETF’s decline from its initial level
