New Issue: Citi prices $750,000 autocallable contingent coupon equity notes on gold, silver funds

By Taylor Fox

New York, Nov. 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $750,000 of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Oct. 17, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the shares of the VanEck Vectors Gold Miners ETF and the iShares Silver Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annualized rate of 7.5% if each fund closes at or above the coupon barrier price, 75% of the initial price, on the valuation date for that period.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus the contingent coupon if the shares of each fund close at or above the initial share price on any quarterly call valuation date after one year.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the shares of the worst performer finish below the 75% buffer level, in which case investors will be exposed to the loss beyond the 25% buffer.
