Owl Rock Capital to price notes through bookrunner BofA Securities

By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 14 – Owl Rock Capital Corp. intends to offer dollar-denominated notes, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. S&P Global Ratings said it has assigned a BBB- debt rating to the senior notes.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Securities, Inc. is the bookrunner, and Seaport Global Securities LLC is the co-manager.

The New York-based middle-market debt and equity asset management company plans to use the proceeds to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
