Gilbert Water, Ariz., prepares $110.03 million utility revenue bonds

New York, June 14 – The Town of Gilbert Water Resources Municipal Property Corp. of Arizona is expected to price $110,025,000 of series 2016 senior lien water system revenue and refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/AAA/AA+) will be sold through senior managers J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

The bonds are due from 2017 to 2036.

Proceeds will be used to finance water system capital improvements and refund the corporation’s series 2007 water system revenue bonds.
