Company sells 22 million units of one share and one five-year warrant

Knoxville, Tenn., June 10 – Everest Ventures Inc. said it settled a C$1.54 million private placement of units.
The company sold 22 million units of one common share and one warrant at C$0.07 per unit.
Each warrant is exercisable at C$0.09 for five years. The strike price reflects a 35.71% discount to the June 9 closing share price of C$0.14.
Halio Capital Inc. bought 20 million units for C$1.4 million.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Everest explores for uranium and other resources.
