Swedens Telia wraps one-week tender for 500 million of four series

Chicago, Nov. 20 Telia Co. AB, formerly TeliaSonera AB, announced the results of the tender for up to 500 million of four series of notes that ended at 11 a.m. ET on Nov. 17.
As announced Nov. 10, the issuer gave priority to the following two series of notes with the purchase yield and purchase price assuming a settlement date of Nov. 22:
654,365,000 outstanding (850 million issued) 4.75% notes due Nov. 16, 2021 with purchase yield of minus 10 basis points for a tender price of 119.369; and
680 million 4% notes due March 22, 2022 with purchase yield of 0 bps for a purchase price of 117.315.
Telia accepted tenders for 69.51 million of the 4.75% notes and 221,277,000 of the 4% notes, according to a company update on Monday.
The priority 2 notes are as follows with the purchase yield and purchase price assuming a settlement date of Nov. 22:
261,788,000 outstanding (500 million issued) 1.375% notes due Feb. 18, 2019 with a purchase yield of minus 30 bps for a purchase price of 102.086; and
639,204,000 outstanding (750 million issued) 4.25% notes due Feb. 18, 2020 with a purchase yield of negative 20 bps for a tender price of 110.006.
The issuer also accepted tenders for 47,445,000 of the 1.375% notes and 11,213,000 of the 4.25% notes.
Settlement is expected to occur on Nov. 22.
