TIAA CLO I set to refinance six classes of secured notes on July 20

Olympia, Wash., July 10 – TIAA CLO I Ltd./TIAA CLO I LLC said its portfolio manager directed a refinancing of its secured notes, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed on July 20 at par plus accrued interest:

• $292.5 million of class A notes for a redemption price of $295,500,871.74;

• $47.25 million of class B notes for a redemption price of $47,806,418.70;

• $31.5 million of class C notes for a redemption price of $31,946,589.55;

• $22.5 million of class D notes for a redemption price of $22,929,898.79;

• $10 million of class E-1 notes for a redemption price of $10,263,107.79; and

• $10.25 million of class E-2 notes for a redemption price of $10,570,209.45.

The subordinated notes are being redeemed on the redemption date.
