KKR CLO 14 redeems senior notes, extends subordinated notes to 2031

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 23 – KKR CLO 14 Ltd./KKR CLO 14 LLC said it refinanced its original senior notes and extended the maturity date of its subordinated notes.

The maturity date of the $50.5 million of subordinated notes was extended to July 15, 2031 from July 15, 2028, according to a notice.

The following were redeemed in full:

• $310 million of class A-1A senior secured floating-rate notes due 2028;

• $10 million of class A-1B senior secured fixed-rate notes due 2028;

• $56.3 million of class A-2 senior secured floating-rate notes due 2028;

• $30.5 million of class B senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2028;

• $28.4 million of class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2028; and

• $22.5 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2028.
