Santander Consumer Bank buys back SEK 90 million of floaters due 2017

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 13 – Santander Consumer Bank AS repurchased SEK 90 million of its senior floating-rate notes due August 2017, according to a notice.

Following the transaction, the remaining outstanding balance on the issue (ISIN: XS1272654028) is SEK 1.41 billion.

Santander Consumer Bank is a Lysaker, Norway-based bank that provides services for Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
