New Issue: Santander Consumer Bank prices SEK 500 million three-year green floaters

Concord, N.H., April 20 – Santander Consumer Bank AS priced SEK 500 million three-year senior green floating-rate notes (A3//A), representing the lender’s second green bond issuance since its green bond framework was established in December, according to a notice.

Pricing of the notes, which mature April 29, 2024, occurred at three-month Stibor plus 42 basis points yield.

The proceeds of the bonds will be used to finance a loan portfolio of new and existing retail loan and lease contracts for electric vehicles.

The lender is based in Germany and is a subsidiary of Madrid-based Santander Group.
