THL Credit Wind River 2016-1 CLO directed to redeem rated notes

Minneapolis, June 13 – THL Credit Wind River 2016-1 CLO Ltd./THL Credit Wind River 2016-1 CLO LLC received direction from a majority of subordinated noteholders to refinance one or more classes of its rated notes, according to a notice.

The class A, B, C, D, and/or E notes will be redeemed.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

THL Credit Senior Loan Strategies LLC is the investment manager.
