EMI Publishing sets roadshow for $350 million eight-year notes offer

Portland, Ore., May 19 – EMI Publishing Group North America Holdings Inc. plans to start a roadshow with an investor meeting on Friday in New York, according to an informed source.

The London-based publishing company plans to sell $350 million of eight-year senior notes.

The roadshow continues in New York on Monday, moves to Boston on Tuesday, to Los Angeles on Wednesday and to San Francisco on Thursday, May 26.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S offering is set to price thereafter.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the left bookrunner. UBS Investment Bank is the joint bookrunner.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

EMI plans to use the proceeds plus cash on hand to redeem its 12½% senior notes due 2020.
