Los Angeles, June 16 – Teollisuuden Voima Oyj priced €600 million of 1 3/8% seven-year notes, according to a company announcement.
Danske Bank A/S, NatWest Markets, OP Corporate Bank and SEB acted as joint bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including financing a concurrent tender offer for the company’s €500 million 2.625% notes due Jan. 13, 2023.
The company previously said that in allocation of its new notes, it may give preference to noteholders who participate in the tender offer.
The nuclear power company is based in Eurajoki, Finland.
