MidOcean Credit CLO V to redeem three classes of notes on Sept. 13

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 31 – MidOcean Credit CLO V/MidOcean Credit CLO V LLC plans to redeem three classes of notes on Sept. 13, according to a notice.

The issuer received direction from holders of a majority of its income notes to redeem the notes in whole from refinancing proceeds.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $257,609,590.33 for the class A notes;

• $40,307,498.49 for the class B-1 notes; and

• $23,586,058.50 for the class E notes.

The class B-2, C, D, F notes and the income notes will not be redeemed on the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
