New Issue: Citigroup prices $515,000 autocallable contingent coupon securities on index, ETF

By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $515,000 of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due Dec. 23, 2021 linked to the worst performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the VanEck Vectors Gold Miners exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Each quarter, the notes pay a contingent coupon at an annual rate of 7.35% if each underlying closes at or above its coupon barrier, 60% of its initial level, on the valuation date for that quarter.

Beginning on June 20, 2019 and ending on Sept. 20, 2021, the notes will be called at par plus the coupon if each underlying closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date.

If the notes are not called and each underlying finishes at or above its 60% barrier level, investors will receive par plus the final coupon.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the losses of the worst performing underlying.
