New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $933,000 digital barrier notes on gold, oil, retail funds

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 7 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $933,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due March 5, 2019 linked to the least performing of the VanEck Vectors Gold Miners exchange-traded fund, the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF and the SPDR S&P Retail ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each fund finishes at or above its 70% knock-in level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 12%.

Otherwise, investors will receive par plus the return of the worst performing fund with full exposure to any losses.
