Credit Suisse to price digital barrier notes on VanEck Gold Miners ETF

Minneapolis, May 3 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price digital barrier notes due June 7, 2018 linked to the VanEck Vectors Gold Miners exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes above its 65% knock-in level on any day during the life of the notes, the payout at maturity will be par plus a fixed payment of 13.75%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 4 and settle on May 9.

The Cusip number is 22550B3N1.
