EnLink Midstream amends credit agreements’ change-of-control terms

Morgantown, W.Va., June 25 – EnLink Midstream, LLC entered into a second amendment to its credit agreement dated March 7, 2014 with Bank of America, NA as administrative agent, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amendment, completed on June 20, modifies the change-of-control provisions of the credit agreement to, among other things, designate some affiliates of Global Infrastructure Partners as qualifying owners from and after the closing of a previously announced proposed acquisition by affiliates of Global Infrastructure of all of the equity interests held by subsidiaries of Devon Energy Corp. in EnLink Midstream Partners, LP, EnLink Midstream and EnLink Midstream Manager, LLC.

Also on June 20, EnLink Midstream Partners entered into a similar amendment to its credit agreement dated Feb. 20, 2014 with Bank of America as administrative agent to update change-of-control provisions.

EnLink is a Dallas-based midstream energy services provider.
