Moody's rates EnLink notes Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba1 rating to EnLink Midstream, LLC's (ENLC) planned offering of senior unsecured notes.

The ratings for EnLink, including its Ba1 ratings, and those of subsidiary EnLink Midstream Partners LP are unchanged.

The proceeds are expected to be used to repay debt.

"The proposed notes issuance is opportunistically repaying existing debt while improving financial flexibility," commented Amol Joshi, a Moody's vice president and senior credit officer, in a press release.

The outlook for both companies is stable.
