Immune Therapeutics extends expiration date of some of its warrants

Warrants with a $1.00 strike price will now expire on Dec. 31, 2018

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 30 – Immune Therapeutics, Inc. revised the expiration date of its warrants with a $1.00 strike price on Aug. 25, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The terms of the warrants were extended until Dec. 31, 2018. The expiration date of the company’s warrants, which expire after Dec. 31, 2018, has not been changed.

Immune is an Orlando-based specialty pharmaceutical company.
