Vereit plans to price offering of senior notes in two tranches

Los Angeles, Nov. 9 – Vereit Operating Partnership, LP plans to price fixed-rate senior notes in two parts, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Barclays, BMO Capital Markets Corp., BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used, along with borrowings under the company’s revolving credit facility or cash on hand, to repay amounts outstanding under its term loan and to settle swap agreements.

The real estate operating company is based in Phoenix.
