New issue: France’s Engie issues €1.5 billion green notes in dual tranches

New York, July 31 – Engie SA has issued €1.5 billion of green notes in two tranches due 2027 and 2039, according to a regulatory notice.

The €750 million tranche of 3/8% notes due 2027 priced at 99.42.

The €750 million tranche of 1 3/8% notes due 2039 priced at 97.973.

Societe Generale was a lead bookrunner of the Regulation S deal.

The natural gas and electricity supplier is based in Courbevoie, France.
