New York, July 31 Engie SA has issued 1.5 billion of green notes in two tranches due 2027 and 2039, according to a regulatory notice.
The 750 million tranche of 3/8% notes due 2027 priced at 99.42.
The 750 million tranche of 1 3/8% notes due 2039 priced at 97.973.
Societe Generale was a lead bookrunner of the Regulation S deal.
The natural gas and electricity supplier is based in Courbevoie, France.
