New Issue: France’s Engie sells £650 million 30-year green notes

Lexington, Ky., March 28 – Engie SA priced £650 million 30-year senior green notes, according to a stabilization notice.

The Regulation S notes priced at 98.774 to yield 5.711%, or at mid gilts plus 187 basis points.

J.P. Morgan SE is the stabilization coordinator. Stabilization managers are Barclays, HSBC and RBC Capital Markets.

The natural gas and electricity supplier is based in Courbevoie, France.
