By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., May 5 – Inovyn talked its €300 million offering of senior secured notes due 2021 to yield 6¼% to 6½%, according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price on Friday.

Joint bookrunner JPMorgan is the global coordinator. BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, HSBC, ING and Royal Bank of Scotland are also joint bookrunners.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

The London-based manufacturer of polyvinyl chloride and other chlorine derivatives plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
