Chicago, Aug. 11 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $461,000 of 0% buffered market participation securities due July 31, 2025 tied to the S&P 500 ESG index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 46%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
