Fitch rates Maybank Indonesia bonds AA+(idn)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned AA+(idn) national long-term ratings to PT Maybank Indonesia Finance's (AA+(idn)/stable) proposed rupiah senior bond issuance.

The issuance is the second tranche under the company’s second senior bond program.

The bonds are rated at the same level as the company’s national long-term rating in line with Fitch's criteria, as they constitute the company's direct and senior obligations and rank equally with all its other senior obligations, the agency explained.
