eDreams Odigeo selling €425 million five-year secured notes; roadshow ends Thursday

Portland, Ore., Sept. 12 – A roadshow for eDreams Odigeo SA's €425 million offering of five-year senior secured notes (B2/B) wraps up on Thursday, according to a London-based sellside source.

Deutsche Bank, Barclays, BBVA, Caixa, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Santander and SG CIB are leading the deal.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

The Barcelona, Spain-based online travel services provider plans to use the proceeds to refinance notes maturing in 2021.
