New Issue: JPMorgan sells $833,000 notes on basket of two dividend indexes

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $833,000 of 0% notes due Sept. 30, 2021 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend index and the Euro Stoxx Select Dividend 30 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.75 times any basket gain.
If the basket finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par plus the basket return, subject to a minimum payout of 95% of par.
