JPMorgan plans seven-year CDs on S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend

Chicago, Aug. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Aug. 31, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par any index gain, up to a maximum return of at least 32%.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Incapital LLC is distributor.

The CDs will price on Aug. 26 and settle on Aug. 31.

The Cusip number is 48126XBP9.
