Chicago, Dec. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $20,000 of 0% notes due Oct. 31, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times the return of the index.
Otherwise, the payout will be par.
