New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.01 million notes on basket of S&P, Russell, Stoxx

Chicago, Jan. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.01 million of 0% notes due Dec. 27, 2024 linked to an equally weighted basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain, subject to a minimum payout of 90% of par.
The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
