Olympia, Wash., Dec. 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $507,000 of 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 21, 2024 linked to a basket of an index and an ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with an 80% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 20% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.8 times any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
