New Issue: JPMorgan prices $7.57 million trigger autocallable notes on the Dow

Olympia, Wash., April 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.57 million of 0% trigger autocallable notes due April 22, 2021 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 8% if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below the 80% downside threshold level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index.
