JPMorgan plans PLUS due 2019 with 3x leverage, cap tied to Stoxx 50

Chicago, Jan. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 5, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $13.875 per PLUS.
Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Jan. 31.
The Cusip number is 48130X828.
