Chicago, Dec. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.62 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 3, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain up to a maximum payout of $12.285 per $10.00 PLUS.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be fully exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
