JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE

Olympia, Wash., July 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 31, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return that is expected to be 19.5% to 23.5% and will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 48129MU20) will price on Aug. 31 and settle on Sept. 6.
