New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.1 million contingent buffered notes linked to Dow, Russell

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.1 million of 0% capped contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 2, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final level of each index is greater than its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.18 times the return of the lesser-performing index, subject to a maximum return of 75%.

If the final level of one index is greater than its initial level and the final level of the other index is equal to its initial level or is less than its initial level by up to 50% or if the final level of each index is equal to its initial level or is less than its initial level by up to 50%, the payout will be par.

If the final level of either index is less than its initial level by more than 50%, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index.
