Morgantown, W.Va., July 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.74 million of 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due April 4, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 5 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,175 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. If the index return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
