Tacoma, Wash., April 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.66 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due April 25, 2018 linked to the common stock of Delta Air Lines, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Each quarter, the notes pay a contingent coupon at an annual rate of 12.5% if the stock closes at or above its trigger level, 75% of its initial share price, on the review date for that quarter.
The notes will be automatically called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial share price on any quarterly review other than the final review date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its trigger level, in which case investors will be exposed to the stock’s decline from its initial share price.
