New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.56 million digital notes linked to iShares U.S. Real Estate

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.56 million of 0% digital notes due Nov. 28, 2018 linked to the iShares U.S. Real Estate exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final share price is greater than or equal to the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 22%. If the ETF finishes below its initial share price, investors will be exposed to the decline.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the underwriter.
