New York, April 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.02 million of 0% autocallable barrier notes due April 24, 2029 linked to the MerQube US Large-Cap Vol Advantage index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically at a premium of 26% per year if the index closes at or above its initial value on any semiannual review date.
If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index declines but ends at or above its 50% barrier and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below the barrier level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
