New Issue: JPMorgan prices $673,000 autocallable accelerated barrier notes linked to S&P 500 Futures

Chicago, April 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $673,000 of 0% autocallable accelerated barrier notes due Jan. 23, 2029 linked to the S&P 500 Futures Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically on Jan. 24, 2025 at a premium of 13.25% if the index closes above its initial value.

If the index gains the payout will be par plus 190% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines but ends at or above its 80% barrier and they will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below the barrier level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
