New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.15 million autocallable accelerated barrier notes linked to indexes

New York, Feb. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.15 million of 0% autocallable accelerated barrier notes due July 2, 2026 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically at par plus 14% per year if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial level on June 27, 2024 or June 27, 2025.

If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the worst performing index return. Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends at or above its 70% barrier, and they will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
