New York, Feb. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.16 million of autocallable yield notes due Aug. 11, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index and iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically starting Aug. 6, 2024 at par on any semiannual determination date if each asset closes at or above its initial level.
Investors will receive a semiannual coupon of 6.85%.
At maturity the payout will be par if the worst performing asset gains or declines by no more than the 20% buffer. Otherwise investors will receive par less 125% of the worst performing asset loss beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
